Lake Mission Viejo Clubhouse – A half acre recreational facility expansion located in Mission Viejo, California.

Numerous Single Family Custom Homes – Locations include the Southern California cities of Aliso Viejo, Costa Mesa, Dana Point, Diamond Bar, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano.

Power Self Storage (City of Industry) –  A twelve and a half acre self storage facility located in the City of Industry, California.

Power Self Storage (Long Beach) –  A six acre self storage facility located in Long Beach, California that included the widening of Atlantic Boulevard and a public park.

St. Andrew’s Abbey Arts & Crafts Center – A one acre site expansion in Pear Blossom, California.

St. Stephen’s Senior Housing – A three acre affordable housing project located in the City of San Diego tha included the widening of Imperial Avenue (aka Jean C. McKinney Manor).

Tentative Tract 14343 (San Juan Meadows) – A one hundred sixty two acre residential tract in San Juan Capistrano, California.
